Momzelle now has a picture gallery of breastfeeding moms

Thursday, January 29th, 2009

That’s it ! Our new website is on. It is not perfect, that’s for sure (one of the main problems being that the shopping cart empties when you click outside of the shopping window), but we are very proud to have a new section with photos of moms wearing Momzelle nursing tops.  They are beautiful ! Have a look, click on this link: http://www.momzelle.com/momzphotos.html

Thank you so much for all the moms who sent their photos !

More pictures will be added as we receive them by email. Do you have a picture that you’d like to send us ? Please do so ! Send it to  ¨info at momzelle dot com¨

Have a great day everyone (snif, I know almost no one will read this, as I am only testing my ability to write a blog regularly. I am starting to enjoy this, and I wish we will make a deal out of it soon !).

How to obtain an article in the National Post

Tuesday, January 20th, 2009

Become a Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) entrepreneur ! The National Post features small business owners every week, and once a month it is an entrepreneur that benefits from the CYBF program that is under the spotlight. This January, it is Momzelle (www.momzelle.com) owners and siblings Vincent and Christine Poirier (me!) who are featured. A new face for Momzelle

Tuesday, December 16th, 2008

Hello All, Momzelle will soon have a new look, as we are working on a new version of our website (www.momzelle.com). There will be more space, more air to breathe, and oh-what-fun a new page filled with pictures of real moms wearing Momzelle designs.  Hopefully the new version will be up and running in January. One thing is sure, it is going to be really great and satisfying for all the team to finally see the faces of Momzelle momz. I just love receiving those pictures, it reminds me of how small and cute babies are, as well as how beautiful breastfeeding can be.

New nursing tops for a better beginning

Friday, September 12th, 2008

I was asked today why we chose, at Momzelle breastfeeding apparel, to manufacture our clothing in North America, in a fairtrade certified factory. We chose to do so because we believe in a better world, where workers do not work 14 hours a day, are not paid unfair wages and in a world where kids do not have to go to work in the morning. We believe in good working conditions, in fair wages, not in child labor. We want to be able to really “know” what’s going on in our factories, unlike some other big manufacturers. After reading about the poor workers’ conditions in China, Bangladesh, Pakistan and other countries, we decided to make a decision that would contribute to a better world for our children. Momzelle’s shirts are not sewn by children in thirld-world countries and are sweat-shop free. Guaranteed.
