Shipping is at a flat rate of $7/order. Shipping is free for all orders over $79. The orders are usually shipped the next business day. Between major urban centres within Canada, shipping takes between 1-4 business days. This offer is not applicable to wholesale orders.
To the United States
The packages will be shipped by airmail and will arrive within 4 to 8 business days. It is a flat rate of $7/order* ($20/order for Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping is free for orders over $79. This offer is not applicable to wholesale orders.
To other countries
It is a flat rate of $25/order by Airmail for orders under $150. $50/order if the subtotal is between $150 and $299 and $80/order if the subtotal is over $300.
Orders will arrive within 5 to 15 business days from date shipped, depending on the country. The buyer is responsible for any duty charges that could be incurred.
At Momzelle, we want you to feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. Nursing tops may be returned or exchanged, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, still have their tag on, and are in “as new” condition.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit (gift card) redeemable with your next purchase on www.momzelle.com.
How to Return/Exchange
The shirt is not the right size? We don’t want you to wait to get the shirt that will fit you the best. Just reorder a different size – your credit card will be charged for a second time – and mail us the returned shirt. Your refund will be processed when we receive your original order.
I want to exchange my nursing top but I ordered during a sale. How can I get the sale price if I re-order from the website at regular price?
As per our exchange/return policy, we recommend that you re-order the size and/or colour that you want right away so you receive the top you want quickly. If the prices have changed, please indicate on your return/exchange form in the package you send us that you have already re-ordered and that you want the second order refunded. We will be sure to refund the more expensive order on your credit card.
Please make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or to provide your invoice number.
