Shipping cost

For a limited time only, shipping is free in Canada & the USA on all orders over $79.

Within Canada and the US, shipping is a low flat rate of $5.50* and orders are usually shipped the next business day.

*not applicable on wholesale orders and on orders shipped outside Canada and the US. Flat rate shipping of $14 for the states of Alaska and Hawaii.

Canada: Packages are shipped with Canada Post. Between major urban centres within Canada, it takes between 1-4 business days.

US: The packages will be shipped by airmail and will arrive within 4 to 10 business days.

Other countries:  

It is a flat rate of $14/order by Airmail for orders under $150. $18/order if the subtotal is between $150 and $299 and $26/order if the subtotal is over $300.

Orders will arrive within 5 to 15 business days from date shipped, depending on the country. The buyer is responsible for any duty charges that could be incurred. 

 

Return/Exchange Policy

At Momzelle, we want you to feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. Nursing tops may be returned or exchanged, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, still have their tag on, and are in “as new” condition.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

 

How to Exchange

The shirt is not the right size or is not to your liking? We don’t want you to wait to get the shirt that will fit you the best. Just reorder a different size (or style) – your credit card will be charged for a second time – and mail us the tops that don't fit. Your refund will be processed when we receive your original order.

I want to exchange my nursing top but I ordered during a sale.  How can I get the sale price if I re-order from the website at regular price?


As per our exchange/return policy, we recommend that you re-order the size and/or colour that you want right away so you receive the top you want quickly.  If the prices have changed, please indicate on your return/exchange form in the package you send us that you have already re-ordered and that you want the second order refunded.  We will be sure to refund the more expensive order on your credit card.
