For orders under $60, there is a flat rate fee of $7.99. All packages are shipped the next business day, from Montreal, with Canada Post.
It can take up to 6 business days to be delivered. (Between major urban centres within Canada, it usually takes between 1 to 2 business days).

For orders under $60, there is a flat rate fee of $9.99 CAD. All packages are shipped the next business day, from Montreal. Orders are shipped by airmail and will arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Packages are delivered by USPS. If you would like faster and trackable shipping, you can pick that option at checkout.
The packages are shipped by small packet international air, orders usually arrive within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. The buyer is responsible for any duty charges that could be incurred.

Items purchased at momzelle.com may be returned, as long as they have only been tried on, are not worn or washed, still have their tag on and are not marked as final sale.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please note that sale items will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
Canada Post return label for Canadian orders
Follow these easy steps:
- Your order number and the merchandise you wish to return;
- Please let us know the reason for your return.
A Canada Post pre-paid return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please note that $7.99 will be deducted from the refund if our pre-paid label is used.
Exchanges: Momzelle does not offer exchanges, at the moment. We recommend following the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
Defective product or shipping error: Please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue with you.
Gift return: The return procedure for a gift is the same as a standard order. Please follow the procedures outlined in our Returns Policy.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless you received an item in error.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Special offers may be subject to changes by a return/exchange.
